Advance Booking: Reservations are confirmed only after receiving advance payment as per policy.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within the specified time (e.g., 48 hours before arrival) are refundable. Late cancellations or no-shows may attract retention charges.

Amendments: Any changes to reservations (dates, number of guests, rooms, etc.) must be informed in advance and are subject to availability.

Identification: Valid government-approved ID proof (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license) is required at the time of check-in.

Children & Extra Bed: Child policy and extra bed charges apply as per hotel norms.

Pets: Pets are allowed / not allowed (depending on your policy).

Payment Terms: Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.
